How can i track my parcel?

Unsuitable / Faulty items

If you received an item that is faulty, please send the item back to us so we can either refund or replace the item, once this has been deemed as faulty. If you would like a refund, then you have 14days from the time your order is processed.

We don’t have a contact telephone number that can be reached. We understand that sometimes you want to speak to a person over the phone for a quick turn around, we try to reply ASAP.

Giftcards

If you have brought an E-Gift Card with us, you will receive an email with your code which can be used on our website only! You can enter the code at the checkout andthis  will minus off the value of the gift card from your order.

We accept all major debit cards and credit cards.

All transactions are processed via Stripe Payments or PayPal and are encrypted for your safety. All payments must be made before your order is shipped to you.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.  Additional validation and fraud checks are carried out internally.

Can i cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been classed as shipped this cannot be cancelled as it has entered our system for dispatch. If you no longer require the order, you would have to return the order for a refund following our returns process.
